LifeSport Coaching: Guiding and Inspiring Athletes to the “Next Level”.

Have you ever dreamed of doing a triathlon or Ironman? Or perhaps you are an Ironman veteran and would like to take 1 to 2 hours off your best time. If so, LifeSport coaching, led by Ironman Champion and Olympic Gold medal coach Lance Watson and Paul Regensburg, is your answer.

LifeSport was born after the duo of Regensburg and Watson left 6 years of building Canada’s world renowned National Triathlon Centre in Victoria, B.C.

Says coach Watson, “Paul and I spent 6 years working in a world leading sport environment with some of sports’ most internationally recognized coaches and sport science experts, as well as international champion athletes. In 2004, we launched LifeSport with the intent of sharing this deep level of sport knowledge and understanding with athletes of ALL levels and abilities”.

LifeSport now delivers online coaching to athletes around the World. LifeSport coaches are the “Official Coaches of Ironman”, and have coached athletes like Lisa Bentley and Simon Whitfield.

“We strive to deliver an extremely detail oriented, personalized and specific triathlon training program and education experience to athletes based anywhere in the world, whether they are just beginning, a well trained single sport athlete exploring triathlon, an experienced veteran, or international calibre professional”, says Regensburg. “This is why our company’s theme is ‘The Next Level’. We have literally taken novice athletes all the way to national team selection, and inactive people through to multiple Ironman finishes and personal bests.”

LifeSport provides fitness, training opportunities, and inspiration through their coaching, international training camps (including the “Official Camp of the Hawaii Ironman”, open to all athletes, happening in Kona this October), and their race series, the Subaru West Coast Triathlon Series, which wraps up in the Victoria, B.C. area this September.
